- •-Homme ou femme âgés de plus de 18 ans et de moins de 65 ans,
- •-Sans affection longue durée (liste des 30 ALD en annexe 1)
- •-Syndrome pseudogrippal évoluant depuis moins de 36h
- •-Diagnostic de grippe de type A confirmé (test diagnostique rapide positif)
- •-Suivi en ambulatoire
- •-Patient ayant donné son consentement éclairé par écrit
- •-Affiliation à un régime de sécurité sociale

- •-Grossesse ou test HCG urinaires positifs
- •-Allaitement
- •-Absence de contraception efficace chez les femmes en âge de procréer
- •-Patient ayant des antécédents de maladie respiratoire chronique de type asthme, broncho-pneumopathies obstructives
- •-Patient ayant des antécédents de dépression traitée par antidépresseurs
- •-Patient présentant une insuffisance rénale
- •-Patients avec des antécédents d’épilepsie, d’états confusionnels, d’hallucinations ou ayant un état psychonévrotique grave non contrôlé par un traitement
- •-Patients présentant une insuffisance cardiaque congestive, des oedèmes périphériques ou une hypotension orthostatique
- •-Patients ayant bénéficié du vaccin antigrippal pour la saison 2008-2009
- •-Hypersensibilité connue à l’un des composants des traitements utilisés
- •-Utilisation de topique nasal, type gouttes nasales
- •-Utilisation de traitements corticoïdes, immunosuppresseurs ou neuroleptiques antiémétiques.
