入选标准
- •Individuals which have been diagnosed to suffer from mild cognitive impairments (MCI).
排除标准
- •other neurological diseases (e.g. epilepsy, multiple sclerosis);
- •cardiac disease (e.g. heart failure, pacemaker, heart valve defects);
- •psychiatric diseases (e.g. schizophrenia, manifest depression);
- •orthopaedic diseases (e.g. fractures in the last 6 months, symptomatic herniated disc);
- •muscular diseases (e.g. myositis or tendovaginitis);
- •endocrinological diseases (e.g. obesity [BMI >30], insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus type II);
- •acute injuries or surgery (< 6 months);
- •consumption of illegal drugs or alcohol abuse;
- •uncorrected visual or hearing impairment;
- •colour blindness/red-green weakness;
- •pregnancy;
- •the following additional exclusion criteria apply to MRI: Metal implants (e.g. pacemakers, brain stimulators, metal prostheses), claustrophobia, dentures, piercings, tattoos
