•1. Gender is not limited, aged 18 to 40 years, in good health;
•2. Body weight: 45 ~ 80kg, BMI: 19 ~ 24;
•3. Regular daily life, no smoking, drinking, long-term drinking of tea or coffee and other bad habits;
•4. The physical examination items were normal, no positive signs of clinical significance were found in physical examination, no history of organic diseases, no history of heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, digestive tract, nervous system, no chronic physical diseases, no history of long-term drug treatment, no blood system diseases such as platelet abnormality, hemophilia, coagulation dysfunction, etc;
•5. There was no mental disorder or family history of mental illness;
•6. Those who did not receive acupuncture or cupping treatment within 7 days before the experiment;
•7. No medication was taken within 3 weeks before the trial;
•8. The subjects signed the informed consent voluntarily.

•1. Metal implants (metal dentures, fracture fixation plates, etc.);
•2. The contraindications of acupuncture and moxibustion were syncope or blood sickness;
•3. Self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) standard score >= 50, self rating Depression Scale (SDS) standard score >= 50 or mini mental state examination (MMSE) < 27;
•4. There are trauma, skin lesions, etc. in the body, or there are skin infections and ulcers around the needful acupoints;
•5. Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical studies within the past week of the trial;
•6. Women in menstruation, pregnancy and lactation.
