- •Patients allergic to local anesthetics/Fentanyl
- •American Society of Anaesthesiologist III and above
- •Patients with coagulation disorders
- •Local site infection
- •Congenital sacral anomalies
- •Severe CVS abnormalities
- •Renal or Hepatic Failure
- •Neuromuscular disorder
