入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Age between 65-75 years.
- •2. The ability to walk at least 30 feet with or without an assistive device and without physical assistance from others.
- •3. The ability to comprehend instructions and give consent.
- •4. Berg balance scale score between 21 - 40.
- •5. MMSE Score > 24
- •6. PAR-Q Score suggest no risk to improving physical activity
排除标准
- •1. Neurodegenerative disease.
- •2. Dementia, history of stroke or carotid sinus sensitivity (i.e., syncope falls).
- •3. Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >160 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure >100 mmHg)
- •4. Stable/unstable angina pectoris.
- •5. Uncontrolled metabolic and chronic disease.
- •6. Severe cerebro-vascular or peripheral venous insufficiency.
- •7. History of surgery within the past 6 weeks.
- •8. Physical impairment that prevents performing the exercises.
