入选标准
- •1. Non-specific low back pain(Absence of a specific diagnosis)
- •2. Duration of pain more than three months
- •3. Intensity of pain in VAS more than 2
排除标准
- •1. specific causes of low back pain
- •2. pathological conditions of spine
- •3. Features of radiculopathy
- •4. Inflammatory disorder ( Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome etc)
- •5. Features of malignancy
- •6. The presence of neurological deficits i.e loss of sensation, muscular paralysis and bladder bowel problem
- •7. Subjects who has difficulties in performing exercises due to mental problems or lack of understanding.
