入选标准
- •Aged 65 or over (no upper age limit)
- •Physically independent (perform everyday activities without needing physical assistance from others).
- •Have no medical condition that may impair their ability to safely perform exercise (liver, cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal or digestive diseases)
- •No food allergies
- •Have access to the internet
排除标准
- •Self-report dairy, soy, nut allergies
- •Self-report celiac disease or gluten intolerance
- •Self-report lactose intolerance
- •Have taken part in a nutrition or exercise clinical trial within the past six months
- •Are engaged in a resistance training program within the past three months (perform resistance training exercise sessions greater than or equal to 2x/week).
- •Are currently taking, or have taken within the past three months, any protein supplements consumed between meals (e.g. protein shakes) on a regular basis, typically containing more than 20g of protein/serving.
