- •2. Patients diagnosed with systemic sclerosis using ACR/EULAR criteria under the care of the scleroderma clinic, Srinagarind hospital.
- •3. Had HRCT within 6 months

- •1. Overlap with other connective tissue diseases.
- •2. Previous diagnosis as COPD or Asthma
- •3. Bedridden
- •4. NYHA class IV
