- •Ã¢â?? elective surgery under general anaesthesia
- •Ã¢â??¡age group 18 to 65 years
- •Ã¢â??¢ ASA I and 2
- •Ã¢â??£ patient who gives written and informed consent in vernacular language
排除标准
- •Ã¢â?? patients refusing consent to participate in the study
- •Ã¢â??¡ patients allergic to propofol and/or fentanyl
- •Ã¢â??¢ obesity(bmi >30)
- •Ã¢â??£ anticipated difficult airway
- •Ã¢â??¤ Respiratory/cerebriovascular/cardiovascular and renal diseases including hypertension
- •Ã¢â??Â¥ receiving any drug likely to affect requirement of propofol and / or haemodynamic parameters.
- •Ã¢â??¦history of alcohol or drug use
- •Ã¢â??§ dehydration
- •Ã¢â??¨ emergency surgery
