入选标准
- •1.19 to 75 years
- •2. patients diagnosed as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
- •3.ALT or ALT 40 or higher
- •4.Patients with hyperlipidemia requiring statin therapy
排除标准
- •1.Younger than 19, or older than 75
- •2.Patients with diabetes or HbA1c > 6.5
- •3.If triglycerides are over 500 mg / dL
- •4.decompensated liver cirrhosis
- •5.Significant alcohol intake
- •6.Medications that can cause fatty liver
- •7.hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
- •8.hepatocellular carcinoma
- •9.decreased kidney function (GFR < 60)
- •10.history of ketoacidosis
- •11.pregnancy or lactation
- •12.Patients who did not agree with the study
