入选标准
- •1 ACR (Clinical/Radiographic classification) criteria including presence of knee pain with at least one of the following three items along with osteophyte in knee X-Ray
- •a.Age > 50 years old
- •b.Morning stiffness < 30 minutes
- •c.Crepitus on active joint motion
- •2 Kellgren-Lawrence grading scale from 1-3
排除标准
- •1 Patients age below 35 and above 60 year
- •2 Kellegren-Lawrence grading scale >3
- •3 Patients of knee joint pathology other than osteoarthritis
- •4 Patients with the history of trauma and accidents involving knee joint
- •5 History of intra articular injection of knee joint < 03 months
- •6 Patients with systemic and metabolic diseases
- •7 Pregnant and lactating women
