入选标准
- •1. Early adults age between 18-35 years old
- •2. Exercised less than 30 minutes per day and never received an exercise program during the three months prior to participating in the study.
- •3. Can read and write Thai
- •4. No vision problems that cannot be corrected by wearing glasses.
- •5. No problems with hearing.
- •6. Able to stand with their eyes closed on both legs by themselves for 30 seconds.
- •7. Able to stand on one leg by themselves for 30 seconds.
- •8. No problems with the musculoskeletal system affecting the ability to balance during the 6 months prior to the study
排除标准
- •1. A participant is injured or falls during the study.
- •2. A research participant wishes to withdraw from the study.
- •3. Less than 80% of exercise participation (less than 10 from 12 exercise programs).
