- •1.Fracture proximal 1/3rd and middle 1/3rd shaft of humerus.
- •2.Age between 16 years and 65 years.
- •3.Unilateral fracture of shaft humerus.
- •4.Closed fracture and Gustilo Anderson open Grade I fracture.
- •5.Fracture less than 4 weeks old.
- •6.AO type A 1,2 & 3; B1 & B2 fractures.
排除标准
- •1.Undisplaced fracture.
- •2.Fracture distal 1/3rd shaft of humerus.
- •3.Nonunion.
- •4.Gustilo Anderson open Grade II, IIIa, IIIb, IIIc.
- •5.AO type B3 and C fractures.
- •6.Patient with any neurovascular deficit.
- •7.Pathological fracture.
- •8.Associated injury in same limb.
- •9.Previous humeral surgery.
