- •Patients undergoing elective minimally invasive cardiac surgeries
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal.
- •2. Allergy to local anesthetics.
- •3. Localized infection.
- •4. Coagulopathy / Bleeding diathesis
- •5. Patients on anticoagulants
- •6. Pre-existing lung injury/disease/ pneumothorax
- •7. Spinal /chest wall deformities
- •8. Pre-existing rib fractures in the posterior /lateral aspect 9. Cognitive impairment or an active psychiatric condition. 10. Inability to understand pain scoring.
- •11. Emergency surgery
- •12 Redo surgery
- •13 Reexploration within 24 hours
