- •Having consent to participate in the plan; Patients aged 18 or over; At least 12 weeks have passed from their pain; Ability to work with the treatment group;Excusion criteria: Patients with dissatisfaction with participation in the plan; Patients with malignant disease ; Epididymitis; epididymal cysts; flanky pain; hydrocele; history of varicocele surgery; varicocele; neurological defects; abnormal laboratory findings; systemic or psychiatric illness; lack of response to traditional therapies;
