入选标准
- •Playing badminton for more than 1 year were selected
- •Players who play badminton for 4 days per week
- •Not involved in any formal plyometric or nordic Training program.
排除标准
- •Participation in any formal agility training and balance training program
- •Having lower limb fracture in the last six months
- •Any chronic ligament sprain or muscle injury.
- •Trauma to lower limb and any neurological disorder having balance impairment
- •Not willing to participate in the study outcome parameter
- •Who had low back pain during recent months
