简要总结
This study will be carried out at opd of shalyatantra of Pakwasa Samnvay Rugnalaya Nagpur .This is an open label randomized controlled trial aims at studying the effect of jalaukavacharan in reducing duration of inflammation in vranashopha (cellulitis) comparing with glycerine magnesium sulphate dressing . Total 56 patients will be included and will be randomly divided into two groups i.e. Group A and Group B each containing 28 patients.Group A will be trial group where patients will receive Jalaukavacharan and Group B will be control group will receive application of glycerine magnesium sulphate dressing . Then patients will be observed on 1st, 3rd,5th,7th and 9st day. All the findings will be recorded in case record form, At the end of trial,collected data will be analyzed and result will be drawn accordingly.

入选标准
- •1.Diagnosed case of amavastha and pachyamana avastha of Vranashopha.
- •2.Patient of age group between 18-60 years.
- •3.Patient fit for Raktamokshana.
- •4.Cellulitis due to varicosity.
排除标准
- •1.Pakwavastha of Vranashopha.
- •2.Uncontrolled systemic diseasis such as HTN,DM etc 3.Immuno-compromised patients 4.Severe anemia.
- •5.Septicemia.
- •6.Morbid obesity.
