- •Newborns with a gestational age at birth > 23+6 weeks SSW - 32+6 weeks
- •Birth in the delivery room of the University Hospital Cologne
- •Sectio caesaria as birth mode
- •Maternal general anesthesia with thiopental within the context of the Sectio caesaria

- •Vaginal birth
- •Severe basic congenital disease or malformations
- •Monochorial Geminigravidity
- •Multiple pregnancy with 3 children or more
