入选标准
- •Age between 40 to 70 years
- •Angioplasty through the femoral artery
- •Conscious patients, having the ability to communicate
- •lack of a history of drug use
- •lack of history of respiratory problems, cerebral problems, glaucoma, lack of high intra cranial brain pressure , recent eye surgery
排除标准
- •Patients who don’t have the ability to perform the Valsalva maneuver, through the holding mercury column above than 20 mm hg for 10 seconds,patients with radial artery access and , , or
- •Patients who tried to enter the needle several times
- •Patients with an arterial sheath larger than 6 french
- •Patients who have dangerous arrhythmia, or hemodynamic problems
