入选标准
- •1. Tumor histology is confirmed as squamous cell carcinoma by surgically resected specimen.
- •2. Patients with oral, oropharyngeal, hypopharyngeal, or laryngeal carcinoma.
- •3. Patients detected either or both of i) and ii) by primary tumor resection and neck dissection.
- •i) Positive microscopic excisional margin.
- •ii) Extracapsular extension of cervical lymph node.
- •4. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 0 or 1.
排除标准
- •Patients with p16 positive oropharyngeal carcinoma.
