- •Spherical equivalent refraction between -6.00 D and +4.00 D, with anisometropia =1.50 D; best-corrected monocular visual acuity =0.10 logMAR; presence of eye-strain symptoms (eye fatigue, headache, difficulty sustaining near work after digital device use, and difficulty concentrating during visual tasks); daily digital device use of at least 4 hours of computer use and 2 hours of smartphone or tablet use; written informed consent obtained prior to enrollment.

- •Glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, strabismus, dry eye disease.
