- •patient have knee pain with the diagnosis of osteoarthritis. And the patient have been scheduled for unilateral total knee arthroplasty.
排除标准
- •1. pregnant
- •2. had previous knee surgery
- •3. History of knee infection
- •4. allergy to medicine used in the trials
- •5. history of deep vein thrombosis
- •6. heart disease
- •7. cerebrovascular disease
- •8. peptic ulcer
- •9. kidney disease
- •10. liver disease
- •11. Hemoglobin less than 30 mg/dl
