入选标准
- •a.Adults aged between 20 and 45 years
- •b.Gender Both Male and Female
- •c.BMI - 25-35 kg/m2
排除标准
- •a)Subjects enrolled in professional/supervised weight reduction program in last 12 months
- •b)Diabetic patients (Fasting plasma glucose > 126mg/dL)
- •c)Pregnant women
- •d)Subjects with inability or with restrictions to participate in a regular physical activity program
- •e)Subjects with any low grade chronic inflammatory diseases
- •f)Self- reported/previously diagnosed renal, hepatic & thyroid disorder
- •g)Subjects on vitamin D supplementation from last 3 months i.e 1000 IU
- •h)Subjects with heavy alcohol consumption ( >3 drinks/day) and smoking ( >2cigrettes/day)
