- •Admission patients to the department of neurology
- •1.Acute ischemic stroke on the territory of vertebral artery or posterior inferior cerebellar artery, and
- •2.exsist with steosis or occlusion of vertebral artery or posterior inferior cerebellar artery
排除标准
- •1.Not undergone diffusion MRI within 24 hours from symptom onset
- •2.Any evidence of cardioembolic stroke
- •3.Received thrombolysis
