- •Primiparae and multiparae in active dilation phase; with a single, full-term fetus; aged 15 to 30 years; without usual risk pregnancy: abnormal presentation, diabetes, hypertension, twin pregnancy.

- •Parturients with indication for cesarean section; all parturients who do not fit the inclusion criteria.
