- •1.Healthy human volunteers age between 20-40 years.
- •2.They should have at lease 24 sound dentition (no active dental caries or extensive restorations).
- •3.They must be willing and able to comply with study procedures, including providing informed consent.
- •4.Normal non-stimulated saliva flowrate (0.3-0.4 ml/min)
排除标准
- •1.Pregnancy and lactation are excluded due to potential hormonal changes affecting saliva composition.
- •2.Individuals with a history of fluoride hypersensitivity are excluded to avoid adverse reactions.
