简要总结
Obstructive Sleep Apnea OSA is a common sleep related breathing disorder that can lead to significant health problems if not properly managed. Physiotherapy plays an important role in the non-invasive management of OSA through interventions such as breathing exercises orofacial exercises posture correction and lifestyle modification. However the level of knowledge attitude and clinical practice of physiotherapists regarding these interventions is not well documented. This study aims to assess the knowledge attitude and practice of physiotherapists regarding the role of physiotherapy in the management of obstructive sleep apnea with the goal of identifying gaps in awareness and training and supporting improved physiotherapy care for patients with OSA.
