入选标准
- •1.Patients between 18 to 65 years of age of either gender with end stage renal disease on regular dialysis
- •2.Willing to give informed consent
排除标准
- •1.Pregnant and lactating women
- •2.Patients on CYP3A4 inhibitors and P- glycoprotein inhibitors
- •3.Patients with known blood dyscrasias such as myelosuppression, leukopenia, granulocytopenia, thrombocytopenia and aplastic anemia
- •4.Patients with Hepatitis B, ,Hep.C positive status and liver disorders
