- •ASA grade 1,2 and 3
排除标准
- •BMI > 37 kg/m2
- •Active cholecystitis
- •Choledocholithiasis
- •Any condition contraindicating spinal anaesthesia or elective surgery
- •ECG changes like bradycardia or heart block or ischemia
- •patient on anticoagulants, CNS drugs, alpha adrenergic blockers
- •Bleeding diathesis, coagulation disorders, raised intracranial pressure, psychiatric disorders, neurological diseases
