- •Patient posted for Robotic radical prostatectomy,Robotic cystectomy and robotic gynecological procedure
排除标准
- •Patient not willing
- •Pediatric age group
- •Preoperative mallampati of 4
- •Existing oropharyngeal pathology, upper Airway obstruction
- •Inability to fully open mouth
- •Severly limited neck mobility
- •Postoperative ventilation >2 hours
- •Severe cardiac, pulmonary,hepatic and renal disease
