入排标准
入选标准
- •Individuals who had sustained stroke for more than 6 months.
- •Stroke survivors aged between 45 to75 years.
- •Both males and females.
- •Stroke survivor with intact cognitive ability as exhibited by their ability to comprehend and are able to follow the instructions.
- •Individuals showing at least 10 degrees of active wrist extension and 10 degrees of extension at metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joint range of motion.
- •stage 2 or 3 spasticity in wrist flexor musculature according to MAS and with hemiplegia
排除标准
- •Individual with stroke having musculoskeletal problem in upper limb such as dislocation, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, contractures.
- •Taking any other intervention related to hand functions such as stimulation.
- •Consuming any prescribed anti-spastic medication that may affect hand functions.
- •Excessive spasticity of upper limb.
