- •1. Age 18-65 years
- •2. ASA Physical status I and II.
- •3.Duration of Surgery greater than 60 minutes .
排除标准
- •1.Patients with pre-existing lung disease , cardiovascular disease.
- •2.Patients with abnormal preoperative chest radiographs.
- •3.Patients with previous history of thoracic surgery.
- •4.Surgeries requiring Trendelenburg position.
- •5.Morbid obesity (BMI >30kg/m2).
- •6.Pregnancy.
