•1.No regular physical exercise
•2.Waist circumference is equal to 88cm
•3.Body mass index (BMI) is equal 25
•4.Willingness to participate 10 days treatment, follow up and to practice at home for 9 months

•1.Physical impairments that preclude 2.participation in easy yoga exercises
•3.Regular physical activity or yoga practice within preceding 3 months
•4.Currently following a weight-loss diet or planning to start such a diet within the following 24 weeks
•5.Diagnosed psychosis that is being treated with psychopharmaceutical drugs
•6.Malignant hypertension (diastolic blood pressure >120 mm Hg)
•Diabetes mellitus type 1 or type 2 diabetes requiring insulin
•7.Manifest coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, pulmonary artery embolism, or apoplexy
•8.Current participation in other clinical studies or planning to enter into a study within the following 24 weeks
•9.Pregnancy or breastfeeding period
