入选标准
- •1. Patients with diagnosis of Chronic kidney disease (CKD) not on dialysis, visiting Nephrology OPD at Dr.RMLIMS
- •2. Period of OPD follow-up > 6 months in the Dept of Nephrology
- •3. At least one dietician visit in the last year
- •All three must be fulfilled for inclusion in the study
排除标准
- •1. Not providing informed consent
- •2. Intervening hospitalization in the last 3 months (which might change dietary patterns)
- •3. Mental retardation and/or other alterations in behaviour/sensorium due to which the patient is caregiver dependent (such as uremic encephalopathy, cerebrovascular accidents and dementia, etc)
- •4. Gastrointestinal disturbances precluding usual diet intake
