- •1. any of the following underlying diseases: Ulcerative colitis, indeterminate colitis, Crohn's disease, familial adenomatosis coli, slow transit obstipation.
- •2. indication for proctocolectomy with ileoanal pouching, if necessary, given by specialist physician
- •3. patients 18 years and older
