- •Presence of a sleep apnea defined by the criteria of the American Association of Sleep Medicine (AASM) and the Deutschen Gesellschaft für
- •Schlafmedizin (DGSM)
- •- Decision for a therapy by the means of an CPAP or APAP
- •- Sufficient knowledge of German to answer all questionnaires without any comprehension Problem or the need of help
- •- Age of majority and capacity to consent
排除标准
- •- Disagreement with the study or therapy
- •- CPAP/APAP usage of less then 300 hours in the first three month (noncompliance)
- •- Circumstances or recents diagnoses that stand not in connection with sleep apnea and have a strong impact on the live quality e.g. Diagnosis of a cancer or psychiatric disease
