- •Patients with an ejection fraction of 35-55% undergoing on-pump open-heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass time less than 120 minutes

- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. NYHA grade 4
- •3. Presence of severe pulmonary disease
- •4. Presence of hepatic/renal disease
- •5. Presence of neurological disease
