•1 Subjects with Azoospermia,
•2 Congenital disorders related with reproductive system like bilateral abse nce of the vas deferens, cryptorchidism.
•3 Subjects with other systemic diseases like tuberculosis, uncontrolled type 1 diabetes and which interfere with the course of treatment.
