入选标准
- •prospective group: Women at least 18 years old, pregnant of first child, with gestational age of 37 weeks, in who a vaginal birth is planned.
- •controlgroup: women at least 18 years old, delivered thirst baby after March 1 2011 with gestationale age of 37 weeks. The controlgroup is matched to the prospective group regarding delivery with the midwife or gynaecologist and regarding vaginal or secondary caesareans.

- •Age below 18 years
- •Pre-existent symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction before pregnancy
- •Multiple pregnancy
- •History of connective tissue diseases like Marfan, Ehlers Danlos and hypermobolity of joints.
