- •Patients with an existing primary somatic or mental illness are included in the study if they show pronounced concomitant symptoms of specific anxiety (e.g. performance anxiety, social anxiety) or mild or moderate comorbid depressive symptoms with problems in autonomic stress regulation.
排除标准
- •The exclusion criteria include severe cognitive impairment (IQ<70), a lack of German language skills, a diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizotypal or delusional disorder (F20-29), bipolar affective disorder (F31) or a manic episode (F30). In addition, children and adolescents with a tendency to motion sickness (kinetosis) are also excluded, as this can be a hindrance to the VR environment via VR glasses.
