- •1.Patient undergoing elective infraumblical extraperitoneal surgery under general anaesthesia.2.Age between 1yr-6yr.
- •3.ASA Grade I-II
- •4.Those whose parents are willing to give written consent .
排除标准
- •1.Surgery constraining postoperative fluid intake.
- •2.Known digestive pathology predisposing to PONV(eg.hiatal hernia and gastro-oesophageal reflux)
- •3.Parents refusal.
- •4.Enrolment in another study.
