入选标准
- •Patients newly diagnosed to have tuberculosis with either AFB staining or Gene Xpert analysis or newly diagnosed to have Extrapulmonary Tuberculosis with any of the following reports: Lymph node FNAC or Biopsy report, Pleural fluid analysis report, CSF Gene Expert report and who are willing to give consent will be included.

- •Patients with chronic liver disease or chronic kidney disease
- •Patients receiving vitamin D supplementation
- •Patients with HIV positive status
- •Patients with Type 1 diabetes mellitus
- •Patients on anti-epileptic medication
