入选标准
- •1) Patient willing to participate
- •2) Both male and female between the age group of (20-60) years with diagnosed case of piriformis Syndrome.
- •3) Tenderness over low back, buttocks and hip Joint.
- •4) Low back pain radiating to posterior thigh, calf and foot.
- •5) Limitation in range of motion of hip joint.(rotation )
- •6) Piriformis test positive.(special diagnostic tests )

- •1) History of any spinal surgery
- •2) Spondylolisthesis
- •3) Degenerative spine and hip joint
- •4) Patients on medication (Analgesics)
- •5) Non cooperative patients
- •6) Recent worsening symptoms
