- •Group A (staff of facilities/medical practices): Adult age; participation in at least one teleconsultation during the data collection period; membership in the target population; health status permits participation; consent has been given.
- •Group B (care recipients): Adult age; participation in at least one teleconsultation during the data collection period (intervention cohort) or no teleconsultation at the same facility (comparison cohort); consent has been given (either directly or through legal representation).
