A Randomized controlled trial on effect of Hydrotherapy on kidney diseases among kidney disease’s patient in ,Punjab

This randomized controlled study aims to evaluate the effect of hydrotherapy (water-based therapy) on patients with chronic kidney disease in Punjab. Eligible patients will be randomly assigned to either a hydrotherapy group or a control group receiving routine medical care. The hydrotherapy group will receive supervised warm water therapy sessions three times per week for 12 weeks. The study will assess changes in kidney function, pain, quality of life, psychological well-being, and patient satisfaction before and after the intervention. The results may help determine whether hydrotherapy can be used as a safe supportive therapy for people with kidney disease.
