- •elderly people aged 65 years or older who had not participated in an exercise program for more than 6 months as members of a senior welfare center located in Seoul were sufficiently explained about the purpose and method of the study, and elderly people who voluntarily agreed to the study were recruited. The subject selection criteria for this study were those who could walk independently for more than 10m with or without walking aids, those without visual or auditory defects, no joint contractures in both lower extremities, and cardiovascular problems that restricted gait training. A person without a disability and an elderly person who can communicate were selected.
