简要总结
The OTS have spent 30.78 hours for internet usage time per weeks leading to significant relationships of poor sleep quality, negative emotional states, and mild digital addiction. Time use of smartphone is also significantly correlated with depression, sleep quality and internet addiction. This study has reported point prevalence of all above variables (0.03-0.31), especially for sleep hygiene, sleep quality, digital addiction, and anxiety related cognitive overload during daytime.
