入选标准
- •CALGB patients who have any of the following criteria should also be considered for recruitment into CALGB 10001 (or their successor study) for Ph + ALL. These criteria include: BCR-ABL fusion transcription determined by FISH or RT-PCR, T (9; 22) (q34; q11) or variants determined by cytogenetics.
- •Age> 16 years and <30 years
排除标准
- •Patients recently diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia with precursor B or precursor T (WHO criteria). Burkitt type leukemia (FAB L3; Sig positive; t (8; 14) or variants, etc.) are not eligible.
- •Patients with Down syndrome are excluded from this study because of the possibility of excessive toxicity results. These patients should be treated in consultation with a pediatric oncologist.
- •Having received prior therapy
