入选标准
- •Patient undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia.
- •ASA Class I and Class II.
- •Age group between 20-50 years
- •Patients of either sex
- •Patients who give informed written consent.
排除标准
- •Patients with anticipated difficult airway or those in whom laryngoscopy time exceeded 20 seconds.
- •Patients with H/O hypertension or on any antihypertensive medicine.
- •Patients with physical dependence on narcotics
- •history of drug or alcohol abuse.
- •Known drug allergy to dexmedetomidine.
