- •2. Normal chest X-ray within 90 days
- •3. Body weight >= 35 kg
- •4. Laboratory investigations revealed
- •- AST and ALT < 3 x ULN
- •- Total bilirubin < 1.5 mg/d

- •1. Has sign or symptoms of active tuberculosis
- •2. During treatment of active tuberculosis
- •3. History of active tuberculosis treatment within 2 years
- •4. History of latent tuberculosis treatment within 2 years
- •5. History of isoniazid or rifampicin/rifapentine resistace
- •6. Cirrhosis
- •7 . Pregnancy or during breast feeding
- •8. HIV infection
